EGG FRIED RICE – VIDEO TUTORIAL

Super easy yet utterly delicious. This tutorial shows you all you need to know to make these delicious egg fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold unsalted steamed rice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbs peanut oil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ cup thinly sliced sallion greens (3-4 scallions)
  • 1-2 tsp Asian sesame oil

Preparation

  • 1Heat wok over hight heat. Add peanut oil and swirl wok to coat the wok evenly with oil.
  • 2Add eggs, tilting wok and swirling eggs to form a thin evn layer on wok surface ad cook for 30 sec.
  • 3Add rice and salt and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4Finally add scallion greens and sesame oil (to taste) and stir-fry again until all ingredients ar mixed well together.
